What we do

Most AI training programmes are theoretical: two hours of slides about large language models and a demo of ChatGPT. People leave with awareness but no capability. They go back to work and nothing changes.

Our training is practical. Every session involves doing. Participants write prompts, build automations, and create tools they can use immediately. We work with your actual business context (your industry, your documents, your use cases) rather than generic examples that don't transfer.

We run sessions for whole teams and for individual leaders. Team bootcamps focus on building shared capability across a department. Executive coaching focuses on strategic thinking and personal productivity workflows. Both start with understanding where you are and what would actually be useful, not a fixed curriculum dropped on top of your team.

Training formats

We offer four formats depending on your goals and team structure. Most engagements combine two or three of them.

Team Bootcamp

A full-day or two-day workshop for your whole team. We cover what AI can and can't do, which tools are worth using, how to write prompts that actually work, and how to build simple automations without code. Everyone leaves with something they built themselves.

C-Suite Coaching

One-on-one or small group sessions for leadership. We set up personal AI workflows (research agents, meeting prep automations, report generators) and teach how to think about AI strategy without getting lost in the hype.

Prompt Engineering Workshop

Half-day session focused entirely on getting better outputs from AI tools. We work through your actual use cases (drafting, analysis, summarisation, research) and build reusable prompt templates your team can use immediately.

Live Agent Build Session

We build a real AI agent or automation together with your team. Not a demo. An actual working system that solves a real problem in your business. Everyone who attends understands how it was built and how to modify it.
