What we do
Aiwah Labs is an AI transformation partner based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help businesses scale using the full power of AI — not by selling our own tools, but by working with what they have or what makes sense for their situation.
Our work spans AI strategy and readiness assessments, workflow automation, conversational AI agents, enterprise knowledge systems, and custom software development. We start with the problem, not the technology.
How we work
We are not a SaaS vendor. Clients do not buy a licence and self-serve. The team is small and works across multiple functions simultaneously — strategy, design, engineering, and delivery happen in the same room.
We use open source tooling by default, enterprise platforms when clients already have them, and custom builds when nothing off-the-shelf fits. Every system we build is documented, tested, and handed over with full ownership.
What we are not
We are not a platform vendor with a commercial incentive to push any particular tool. We are not a consulting firm that writes decks and disappears. We stay through implementation, deployment, and iteration.
