MetricsflyEurope DMC cut itinerary turnaround by 61%
flyEurope DMC carried every trip across disconnected sales, itinerary, delivery, invoicing, agency, and traveller tools. Aiwah built one private platform organized around the complete trip from qualified enquiry to travel.
One trip connects the whole operation
The platform brings the enquiry, itinerary, revisions, booking, invoice, documents, partner agency, and traveller experience into one owned system.
Teams and partners work from the same record
Sales, operations, finance, and agencies update the same trip instead of relaying changes across separate tools and messages.
61% faster itinerary turnaround
The elapsed time from qualified enquiry to the first bookable itinerary fell from 18 hours to 7, while manual handoffs per confirmed booking fell from 14 to 5.
The trip became the operating record
flyEurope DMC managed one customer journey across seven systems and workspaces. The CRM held the opportunity, WhatsApp held recent decisions, and other tools held itinerary drafts, invoices, agency records, documents, and traveller information. Employees carried the complete trip between them.
Aiwah mapped the journey from qualified request through itinerary design, booking, documentation, invoicing, partner coordination, and travel. The decisive change was to make the trip, not the lead, the center of the operation.
One change now reaches the whole journey
When an enquiry qualifies, the platform creates a trip with the travellers, dates, agency, requirements, and conversation already attached. Itinerary versions, activities, tickets, documents, invoices, messages, and responsibilities accumulate around that same record.
A date or traveller change no longer depends on someone updating a chain of files and messages from memory. Staff can see what needs confirmation, which version is current, and which commercial records need attention. Human experts still decide what makes a good trip; the software carries their context and makes the consequences visible.
The platform serves staff, agencies, and travellers
Internal teams receive one control surface for the work around each trip. Partner agencies receive branded, permissioned environments connected to the same underlying operation. Travellers receive the current itinerary, tickets, and documents without having to reconcile a trail of attachments.
Aiwah built the shared data model, internal console, agency environments, traveller portal, permissions, storage, administration, and production infrastructure. It is an operating system for travel delivery, not a collection of automations between disconnected products.
Faster delivery created room for growth
First itinerary turnaround fell from 18 hours to 7. Manual handoffs per confirmed booking fell from 14 to 5, administrative work fell by 3.5 hours per trip, and median itinerary revision time fell from 45 minutes to 12.
flyEurope DMC owns the platform, its operating model, and the history it creates. Aiwah remains responsible for support and improvement as the business adds agencies, services, and new operating requirements.
